  • Can the accommodation be reached by public transport?

    The accommodation is easily accessible by public transport. By bus you take line 80 or 81 from Haarlem to Zandvoort. Both buses stop about a 5 - 7 minute walk from the accommodation.

  • Can I park at the accommodation?

    Yes. You can park for free on site during your stay.

  • How far is the beach from the accommodation?

    Zandvoort beach is approximately 800 meters away.

  • Are there supermarkets nearby?

    In the center, which is a 5-minute walk away, you will find several supermarkets such as Albert Heijn and DekaMarkt.

  • How can I book the accommodation?

    At this time we ask you to send us a message with the dates you require. We will answer your request as soon as possible.

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in is currently available from 4:00 PM. This may be possible in the future from 3:00 PM. Keep an eye on our website for an update.

  • Are there any additional costs associated with my booking?

    Additional costs may be charged, such as tourist tax, cleaning costs or deposit. These costs are mentioned during the booking process. Please ensure you check all details and costs before finalizing your booking.

  • Can I make special requests with my booking?

    Yes, in many cases you can make special requests at the time of booking, such as a preference for a specific check-in time or other needs. However, it is important to remember that these requests are subject to availability and that all requests cannot be accommodated outright. If necessary, please contact us to discuss your special requests.

  • Is smoking allowed in/around the accommodation?

    Firstly, we would like to emphasize that smoking and the use of drugs within and around the accommodation is strictly prohibited. We understand that everyone has their own habits and preferences, but we would like to maintain a fresh and healthy environment for all our guests and local residents. We therefore ask that you please smoke outside designated smoke-free areas and avoid drug use outside of our property. In this way, together we ensure that everyone feels comfortable and safe.

  • What about noise pollution?

    We would like to ask for your cooperation in the area of noise pollution. We understand that you want to have fun and enjoy yourself together, but we kindly ask you to be considerate of local residents in the evenings and to keep noise to a minimum. This way we can ensure that everyone has a good night's sleep and can start the next day full of energy.

  • Will I receive an invoice if, for example, a plate breaks?

    No, you will not be presented with an invoice if a plate, cup or the like is accidentally broken.

  • Are bed linen and towels included?

    Yes, bed linen and towels are included. You will find a made bed with two towels per person per stay.

  • Is there a kitchen in the accommodation and are there cooking facilities?

    There is a fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven and dishwasher. This allows you to prepare meals during your stay.
